A Blend of Luxury and Practicality
A Vision Brought to Life with Bosch Construction
This stunning two-story loft home is a perfect blend of the owner’s vision and Bosch Construction’s expertise. Nestled in a serene rural setting, this home combines thoughtful design with luxurious features.
Inviting Entryway
Entering the home, you’re immediately struck by the abundance of natural light streaming through numerous large windows, offering priceless views of the surrounding countryside. The windows and doors are elegantly framed with 4-inch flat casing and backband edging, complemented by three-panel doors that enhance the richness of the woodwork throughout the home.
Great Room: The Heart of the Home
The great room features a vaulted ceiling that soars over the second-floor hallway, creating a dramatic and airy space. A three-sided natural stone fireplace with a custom walnut mantle serves as the centerpiece, with recessed areas perfect for displaying a TV or artwork, adding to the room’s spectacular ambiance.
Gourmet Kitchen
Designed to accommodate large family gatherings, the kitchen is a chef’s dream. A large island with paneled fronts and sides separates the dinette from the main kitchen area. The kitchen features cabinets with soft-close, full-extension hardware and ample storage, extending up to the nine-foot ceiling adorned with oversized crown molding.
Practical and Comfortable Entryways
Bosch Construction prioritizes functional entryways. The entryway from the garage is a comfortable space, featuring a storage closet and leading into a well-equipped laundry room with plenty of storage, a folding table, and room to move.
Luxurious Master Suite
The first floor is highlighted by the master bedroom retreat, offering ample closet space and a luxurious master bathroom. This sanctuary features his and her sinks, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and a custom five-foot shower, providing a perfect place to unwind.
Elegant Upper Level
Ascending the staircase, you are greeted by the elegance of oversized box newels and metal balusters. The second floor boasts a loft area and one bedroom on one side, with an additional bedroom and bathroom on the other, providing private spaces for family members or guests.
